Investment: $150, private pay only
Therapy is appropriate for individuals seeking treatment for mental health concerns, emotional distress, or unresolved experiences that are impacting their functioning, relationships, or quality of life. Sessions may include trauma-informed interventions, emotional processing, attachment work, nervous system regulation, and exploration of patterns that impact your daily life and relationships. Therapy services are healthcare services, which means they are clinically focused, legally regulated, and protected by confidentiality laws and ethical guidelines. Therapy may involve diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and coordination of care when appropriate.

Investment: $300USD/session, with sliding scale options available
Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused service designed to support personal growth, emotional insight, and intentional change. Coaching is best suited for individuals who want support navigating dating, relationships, boundaries, self-worth, and communication. Unlike therapy, coaching is not healthcare and does not involve diagnosis, treatment of mental health disorders, or clinical intervention. Coaching sessions are more conversational, action-oriented, and insight-driven, with an emphasis on accountability, mindset shifts, and helping you move toward the version of yourself and relationships you want to create. While therapy often centers on healing the past, coaching is generally more focused on helping you intentionally navigate the present and future.
