Hi! My name is Emma, and I work with adults who are tired of living disconnected from themselves.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning, and deeply caring. On the outside, they look like they have it together. On the inside, they’re exhausted. They overthink conversations. They struggle to set boundaries without guilt. They feel responsible for other people’s emotions. They question their intuition in relationships.

Therapy with me is about helping you reconnect with your needs, your voice, and your internal sense of safety. I believe we all have an inherent knowing deep inside ourselves. Working with me is about building self-trust so you’re no longer outsourcing your worth or clarity to other people.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan and am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Colorado. My work is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in nervous system regulation. But more than anything, it’s relational. I believe healing happens in safe, consistent connections.

My ideal client is ready to explore the depths of their emotions, even if it feels intimidating or uncertain. You don't have to have it all figured out. I believe that true courage isn't the absence of fear; it's acknowledging all those tough feelings like anxiety, insecurity, and doubt, and still moving forward with them. Together, we'll embrace the complexities and find beauty in the journey.

I strive to create a relaxed, down-to-earth atmosphere, and I like to use humor when it feels right. Therapy with me isn't about being scrutinized or treated like a project; this is about two people working together to build a safe and supportive environment. We'll approach your healing as a partnership, and I'll be here to help you go as deep as you feel ready to. It's about both of us showing up with openness and courage to do the work that truly matters to you.

In my off time, you can usually find me at a pottery wheel, on a walk in nature, or curled up with a book, a cup of coffee, and my cat Fig.
